How it works

1. Easy and simple data import​

We'll request basic employee data via a spreadsheet which we will import into our state-of-the-art HMRC-approved payroll software.

 ​2. Process payroll​

Whether you pay your employees weekly, fortnightly or monthly (or a combination of all three!), we can support you. We'll calculate payments, carry out exception checks, produce payroll checks and complete gross to net.

 

3. Paying your workers

We can either complete payment runs via Faster Payments, or send you a BACS file transfer to send funds from your own account. We'll issue payslips with your business logo and details which are stored in secure employee portal.

 

​4. Send RTI submissions to HMRC

We'll act as your agent for HMRC and submit payroll information using RTI each payday. We'll inform you about PAYE payments due and can deal with HMRC on your behalf.

 

​5. Manage pension contributions

We are able to manage your workplace pension scheme for you, reducing the administrative burden on your team. We can also provide auto-enrolment reporting and guidance.​

 

6. Produce P45s and P60s

We'll issue timely P45s and can support with tailored reporting. We'll help with your year-end reporting obligations such as P60s for employees and FPS (Full Payment Submission) to HMRC.
